I did the last Shamelessly Healthy Circle and it was amazing. I”m so on track with my health kick and the shameless bit too. I’m not 100% there after a few days but I’m starting to notice my internal voice saying “oh don’t bother let’s do something easy”. I notice then I turn it around to say “let’s do this because I want to… get fit/ have more fun”. It all starts with that change – listen, notice, change. I’m so excited and I can’t thank Raphaelle enough for a determination to have more fun AND run. I even signed up to the Telegraph Hill Community show to bring more singing into my week. I’d highly recommend her sessions.
